Our Story

Victoria Burch founded CRA in 2018 having moved back to Colorado after completing a 17 year stretch in Indiana where she and her husband, Anthony, finished raising their 10 children.

The CRA story is fortified by the successful completion of numerous transactions and projects. 24 years’ experience of demonstrated real estate development. Developer/principal in multiple projects throughout Colorado, Indiana, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington as a preferred developer for Starbucks Coffee Company, Blockbuster Entertainment, Safeway Stores, and other national retailers as well as principal developer on speculative projects, including lease up and disposition of completed projects. Certified by the Colorado Department of Transportation, and the Indiana Department of Transportation to acquire land in eminent domain cases for various transportation modalities required by the states, cities, and counties, and school districts.  

Victoria is also now an instructor at Metropolitan State University in Denver. She is instructing a select group of students with her ciriculum “Real Estate Development for the Individual Developer”
